Who we are
SwapHours is a product of DigitalHorizon Ventures LLC, the data controller for the personal data described below. Reach us at privacy@swaphours.com for any GDPR request, complaint, or clarification.
What we collect
Account essentials (name, email, city), the skills you offer or want, the messages you send to neighbors, and the sessions you book. We do not collect payment data because the platform never moves money.
Why we collect it
To match you with neighbors, route messages, run the credit ledger, and prove identity for safety. We do not run advertising, we do not sell or share your data, and we do not use it to train third-party models.
Where we keep it
EU servers (Frankfurt region). Encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to engineers on call and audited every quarter.
Your rights
Export, correction, and deletion are one click each in your profile. We honour every GDPR request within 30 days. Email privacy@swaphours.com if anything is unclear.
