Terms of Service
The short version: SwapHours is a non-monetary skill exchange between verified neighbors. You give time, you earn credits, you spend credits. The long version is being finalised — this page will replace itself with the canonical document at launch.
Who you contract with
SwapHours is operated by DigitalHorizon Ventures LLC, headquartered in Milan. By using SwapHours you enter into agreement with DigitalHorizon Ventures LLC. Service of process and any legal correspondence go to legal@swaphours.com.
What SwapHours is
A non-monetary, peer-to-peer skill-time exchange. You give an hour, you earn one credit. Credits buy hours from other neighbors. They are not money, cannot be cashed out, and have no monetary value.
Who can join
Adults (18+) with a verified ID, in cities where SwapHours is open. Each person is one account. You agree to behave in good faith and to honour the sessions you book.
What you owe each other
Show up, on time, and ready. Treat the other person with respect. If you need to cancel, do it as early as possible. Repeat no-shows lose access; harassment loses access immediately.
Credits and disputes
A credit transfer is final once both sides confirm a session was completed. If something is wrong, open a dispute within 7 days — our moderation team reviews and reverses bad credits when appropriate.
Liability
SwapHours is the introduction service, not the seller. Each session is between two adults. We do our best to verify identity, but we do not insure outcomes. Use common sense, meet first in public, and report anything suspicious.
Changes
We will notify you in-app and by email at least 30 days before any material change to these terms takes effect. Your continued use after the effective date confirms acceptance.
